Pancreaticcancerisoneofthemostlethaltypesofcancerduetoitsheterogeneousnatureandthedifficultyofdetectinglesionsinthepancreasduringtheearlystagesoftumorigenesis.Untilrecently,progresshasbeenslowindevelopingmethodstodetectpancreaticlesionsearly.However,recentadvancesingenetics,biomarkers,imaging,andsurgicalprocedureshaveaidedtheearlydetectionofsuchlesionsbeforetheincurablemetastaticdiseasestate.Precisionmedicinehasbenefitedpancreaticcancerpatientsinsuchareasasgenetics,moretargetedapproachestotherapy,immunotherapyadvances,andthediscoveryofmoreidealbiomarkers.Inthisreview,thevariousstudiesandtrialsintheseareaswerereviewedtoillustratethepromiseofprecisionmedicine.
